EVOSAN-RF double-wall pipes with profiled (corrugated) external and smooth internal surface, type B, polypropylene (PP) pipes for the construction of stormwater and utility wastewater infrastructure. Their respective flow rate and reliability guarantees excellent work application in pipeline network systems.

The design of the pipe consists of two layers with a structured outer and smooth inner layer surface from PP material. The external side is corrugated and the profile properties guarantee high mechanical strength and impact resistance parameters. Smooth internal walls of the pipes ensure the excellent hydraulic properties required for pressure-free (natural gravity) systems.
Compared to standard EVOSAN pipe, not only the thickness of the corrugated outer walls of EVOSAN-RF was increased, but the design of the inner smooth wall was changed as well providing even more security in the most problematic soil conditions. They are resistant to deformation when installed under roads with heavy loads.

Recommended application
EVOSAN-RF pipe according to its indicators corresponds to installation class SN16 (ring stiffness SN16 kN/m²). Owing to SN16 class, it may be used for installation works in zones/places with large traffic loads (under tram/train lines, docks, aviation covers, etc.), places with limits of installation below 0.7 [m] or above 5 [m] and bad ground as well.

At one end EVOSAN-RF pipe is equipped with welded-on solid PP coupling, but at the other end - a rubber sealing ring² is installed (placed) on the first full groove of the corrugation. The supplied sealing ring grants a hermetic seal with a pressure rating of ≥0,5 bar (for the coupling area).

² The sealing ring is resistant to oil according to the requirements of EN 681-2 p.5.10. Compliance is determined by the "Volume change in oil" test according to ISO 1817.
