Rubber sealing ring grants a hermetic seal with a pressure rating of > 0.5 [bar] (for coupling area).

The rubber sealing ring meets the standard requirements of EN 681-1 for WCL¹ type (L – strength at reduced temperature). The product is specially adapted for work in Northern Europe and Scandinavia (in low-temperature conditions) and is also resistant to oil².

¹ WCL-type rubber sealing rings may be used in cold non-potable water supply, drainage, sewerage, and rainwater systems (constant flow up to + 45 °C and intermittent flow up to + 95 °C), and assembly work may be performed at reduced temperatures.

² The sealing ring is resistant to oil according to the requirements of EN 681-2 p.5.10. Compliance is determined by the "Volume change in oil" test according to ISO 1817.
