High UV resistance
EVOTRAY cable ducts are intended for the construction of cables along railway lines, as well as in other fast-growing infrastructure facilities, where easy and fast access to cable lines is required and to supplement existing lines or perform maintenance work.
Made of polypropylene and with excellent UV resistance, EVOTRAY cable ducts are available in two different sizes:
- Length ~ 1000 mm, height (inside / outside) - 155 / 230 mm
- Width (inside / outside):
- Type 1 - 100 mm / 200 mm
- Type 2 - 240 mm / 340 mm

EVOTRAY cable ducts are designed for cable construction along railway lines and other similar infrastructure facilities.

Installation
Cable ducts are intended for construction in a previously prepared trench with a suitable base or for construction above ground on suitable foundations. Connecting channels to each other is convenient and simple by using simple tools (rubber hammer).

Technical information
In the standard set, the cable ducts are available in black color, other colors are available on request.
- Material: Polypropylene (PP) reinforced composite material, UV stabilized
- Flammability: Class K1 - in accordance with DIN 53438-2 (self-extinguishing)
- Thermal stability: Stable in the temperature range from -30ºC to +95ºC (max. dimensional change (length/width/height) - 0.5%)
- Mechanical data: Load capacity of ≥ 12kN (tested with 10x10 cm stamp) - without breakage, according to DIN EN 1433
