EVOCAB FLEX type halogen-free cable protection pipe is made of a PE composition and is available in rolls and by default, each roll is supplied with a coupler.

The pipe has a corrugated outer and a smooth inner surface. Due to this, it features high mechanical and impact strength properties.

The use of standard couplers allows a convenient rigid coupling.

    FLEX cable protection pipes can be used for underground protection and insulation of cables and are suitable for systems requiring medium compression strength.

  • Technical information

    Standard colours are red (RAL 3020), and yellow (RAL 1018). Other colours are available upon request.

    • Material: Polyethylene (PE)
    • Compression strength class: 450
    • Impact resistance: N (normal)
    • Temperature range -25ºC to +90ºC
    • Pipe type: pliable pipe
    • Using sealing rings¹, the water resistance (0.5 bar) of joints can be achieved
     
    ¹ The sealing ring is resistant to oil according to the requirements of EN 681-2 p.5.10. Compliance is determined by the "Volume change in oil" test according to ISO 1817.
