MONODRAIN 220° are hard (non-pliable) drainage pipes from polypropylene (PP) material with SEAL LOCK socket and integrated sealing ring. According to product standard DIN 4262-1 they feature double-wall construction (R3 type) with smooth internal and external surfaces.

Manufactured according to product standards EN 1852-1, DBS 918 064 for installation in railway infrastructure areas.

  • Nominal ring stiffness class SN8 or SN16 [kN/m²]
  • Available sizes: DN/OD 110, 160, 200, 250 [mm]
  • Water permeability ≥ 100 [cm2/m]
  • Perforation opening slot width: 5 [mm]
  • Standard pipe bar length¹: 6 [m]
  • (LP) type perforation:  220° locally perforated pipe

LP type 220° partially perforated pipe with perforation opening on pipe surface located symmetrically to the vertical axis of the pipe at 220° ±10° area, but the lower part of the pipe ''flow channel'' is unperforated. It's used for liquid collection and transportation.

  • Advantages

SN16 class - perfectly suited for places with heavy traffic loads, for example - railway construction

The pipes can be installed in low temperatures until -10 °C
Pipes are resistant to exposure to aggressive substances present in sewage and subsoil from pH2 (acidic medium) until pH12 (alkaline medium)
The pipes are environment-friendly and recyclable after several decades of service
Long operational life - over 100 years
  • Recommended application

For drainage on plots where the depth of groundwater deposition is less than the drainage norm, i.e. land plots for which, due to high groundwater levels, the topsoil is unable to drain excess moisture in the spring period, as well as due to high groundwater levels, underground engineering structures, roads, etc. are damaged.

Drainage system MONODRAIN R3 type pipes are suited for installations in:

    Railway construction (DBS 918 064)
Road construction - with and without traffic load
    Airport territory infrastructure
    Harbors and docks infrastructure objects
  • Technical information

MONODRAIN pipe is equipped with a SEAL LOCK socket and integrated oil-resistant sealing ring². The supplied sealing ring grants a hermetic seal with a pressure rating of ≥0,5 bar (for the coupling area).

    • Material: polypropylene (PP)
    • Produced according to EN 1852-1, DBS 918 064, DIN 4262-1
    • Nominal ring stiffness class SN8 or SN16 [kN/m²]
    • Available sizes: DN/OD 110, 160, 200, 250 [mm]
    • Water permeability ≥ 100 [cm2/m]
    • Standard pipe bar length¹: 6 [m]
    • Perforation opening slot width: 5 [mm]
    • Both ends of perforation openings are rounded:
